Review: On December 6, 2014, my daughter and I shopped at this store spending over $300. One of the items that I paid for ($55.00) needed to be ordered. It was promised to me within one (1) week. The owner said she would mail it to me. It never came. I ended up calling for two weeks after that a minimum of 8 times asking for my sweater. Finally, the owner, Sharon, returned my call on Saturday, January 4th, apologized and said she would immediately credit my [redacted] $55.00 and, in addition, send the sweater to me since I had to wait so long. I thanked her. It has now been one week; I have called twice insisting my money be returned; I have not received a response. She has all of my credit card information, including the security code on the back of the card. I contacted her this last Wednesday, January 7th and said if my account was not credited by today, January 9th, I would contact the Revdex.com, file a claim with [redacted] and, if necessary, a small claim with a court. Still, nothing was done, no return call, no credit. This is very disconcerting since this owner appeared to be very helpful and kind during our time in her store. We had planned on returning. However, unfortunately, she has lost two potential customers due to the irresponsible service. I want my money returned--$55.00 credited to my account! I don't want her sweater; I want my money back.Thank you for your help. [redacted]Desired Settlement: $55.00 to be immediately credited to my [redacted] account.
