Review: Bagatrix created a faulty, incomplete beta product called "MathWay", which is a math-solving webapp. It only works some of the time, and most other times it is nonfunctioning.
I tried emailing support to get a refund, and they ignored me.Desired Settlement: Refund my money for the remaining subscription.

Mathway is used by over 5 million students, parents, and teachers each and every month. Mathway is used in many classrooms across the country, and received numerous awards, maintaining nearly perfect reviews (4.7/5.0). The customer purchased the service 7 months ago, and has not contacted us once during that time regarding any problem. Our guarantee is posted on our website prior to purchase, and clearly states that we can process a credit within 60 days (http://mathway.com/guarantee.aspx). These are also the same terms posted by [redacted] (the payment method used to make the purchase): [redacted] . Again, this order was placed *7* months ago, and no contact was made whatsoever during that time regarding any faulty features. We have offered to provide customer support with the 'faulty features' in question, but the customer will not provide us with any specific details regarding the problems they are entering.

I am rejecting this response because: this business's response is full of misinformation and a distortion on reality. I have archived emails of contacting the support, as well as a screenshot I sent to them showing the issue. Since this is a subscription-based service, I asked for my subscription to be canceled for the remaining time (5/12 of the contract length) because their product is defective and doesn't work as advertised. The subscription was paid for in-full 7-months prior.
