Bagel Factory

Review: Today Sunday August 30, 2001 my boyfriend and I went to get a quick lunch while shopping in squirrel hill. We went to the bagel factory and were treated HORRIBLY. I ordered my meal and was asked what I wanted on my bagel sandwich. There is no list of toppings or ingredients so I was slowly thinking of what I wanted and the worker was rolling her eyes the whole time. I felt rushed so I just got a plain turkey bagel. My boyfriend got a sandwich and asked what came on it and the rude women said "BREAD AND MEAT." Ok we know that already? She was so negative and a terrible person to be running a deli counter. She was extremely unhelpful and just kept rolling her eyes and belittling us for "not knowing" what comes on each sandwich there. So then we go to pay and I asked the woman at the cashier what kind of beverages they have. She says "RIGHT BEHIND YOU IN YHE GLASS CASE UGGGHHHH!" So mad that I asked! I chose a drink and our total was $18! For 2 sandwiches and a can of diet coke. I want my money back. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. I have my receipt and am willing to dispute this until we get an apology and a refund. This is unacceptable to treat consumers this way. I work in customer service and have a lot of tolerance and this behavior was atrocious. I'm just so disgusted.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to have a general manager call me and tell me why their employees hate their customers so much and also why 2 plain sandwiches are $18. (And I would like that refunded to me. I have the receipt to prove my payment) Thank you.
