I told business I was coming back with my brother to look at car - he is a mechanic and I would like him to look at itAgain to reiterate we asked if it would pass NH INSPECTION - he said absolutely- MA IS BRUTAL on car inspections so it would pass for sureOn visual inspection at sundown we did not see dry cracks in tires- which mechanic at *** tire showed me at very close inspection .Back tire has sidewall damage and has a huge plug in itThat alone is unpassable in NHWe did not see plug during visitexhaust did not make noise and the only way to see it on an *** which sits very low to the ground - is on a lift - which we did not have access to Originally I was also told if I bought car they would fix the rear brake light gaskets for water in the trunk - yet when I bought it he said because I'm paying less than the asking price they would not fix it.We asked what was wrong with the car and was told the front rotors being aftermarket make a little noise at high speed on highwayThey actually don't touch the rotors fully - only halfway All I asked was was for them to fix car so it passes inspection - the other issues which are not safety related I did not ask to be fixed.

The vehicle was inspected by the customer's mechanic at the time of the purchase and no mention was made of the condition of the tires and brakes. 2 days later she called us requesting us to pay for new tires, brakes and exhaust replacement at a different shop. the car on the ground and any issues would be apparent during a test-drive. Her mechanic would have pointed out issues with those at the time of the purchase if issues were present. We called her bluff and offered to buy the car back. If the car had issues returning it would be the best case scenario for her and she would gladly do so. Instead she is filing complaints.
