BAGGU finally came through with their promiseWhich was to reimburse me the cost of the product and send me the same product in a different color that they had in stockIt turns out they oversold the color I wanted and never notified me It should be noted for any future customers of BAGGU that I did not receive any email response after several attempts for over three weeksThis was after an additional two weeks of silence before I even knew the product was oversoldThe day I got a response from Revdex.com that BAGGU had been contacted was the same exact day that BAGGU finally contacted meStrange! Although they came through with their promise I will never support their products as their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

Review: I ordered a product from baggu.com on cyber Monday. A week went by and no shipping email so I emailed them and a week and a half later I finally got a response that stated that they had over sold the item but would refund me and send me the product in a different color. That was three weeks ago. I have made several attempts to contact them via email and phone. They appear to be ignoring me.Desired Settlement: I would like for baggu to own up to what they stated in email which was that they would refund me my money and send me the product in a different color.
