We have reviewed the visit and stand by our recommendations and the work performed. On April 6th, your son brought a vehicle in for service. The advisor made a recommendation based on the vehicle age, mileage, and discussion with your sonYour son agreed to perform the 75,
interval service and signed the paperwork to that effectFurther, the advisor applied the current coupon discount we are advertising to the service. The 75,interval service is not related to the age of the engine in the vehicle but to the age of the vehicleWe pride ourselves on being up front and offering service options in an ethical mannerAt no point did we trick, mislead, or force your son into authorizing the work we recommended. Your son chose the service to be performed, signed a repair order to authorize for the work and a technician perform the work requested. The miscommunication is not between your son and the dealership, but between your son and you. Unfortunately, based upon our findings, we are unable to modify your bill
