Also, he exaggerated my words on the truck being overpricedAs you can see in my email (also provided to you from Andy) I stated that it was overpriced, "not by much."As far as my email in response to Andy's initial email; yes, the email came many hours after hisI do not have the luxury of set business hoursI am active duty military, which means I work the hours my chain of command tells me toI am also a mother and in the process of completing a law degreeI will not apologize for my service to this country nor the othersAndy never responded to that email nor did he call me the next business day or any other day after thatI provided my phone records from AT&T for proofI called Baglier on 12/18/at 10:and left a messageAaron called me back minutes later at 10:Both calls were before Andy's email to me at 11:on 12/18/I have received nothing since thenConsidering Baglier is now in the business of stalking my personal life I blocked out the last numbers of all other numbers that do not have a area code or the area code to any number listed in relation to Baglier MazdaThis is for the protection of PII and the privacy of my friends and familyIf Andy called me from another number I would be more than happy to search for that number and provide that information.Aaron most certainly was derogatory towards meI, first and foremost, requested a simple apology and instead I received liesI do not accept this response and am still requesting an apologyI have provided some reviews from other customers who have expressed similar complaints of rude customer service and ill treatment towards womenThe sexist nature of Aaron's comments towards me should NEVER be excused or justifiedIt is because of men like this that women are afraid to speak out against such treatment. My relation to [redacted] is absolutely irrelevant to how I was treated by the men at this dealershipI will provide some insight for curiosity concernsMy thoughts on [redacted] 's Facebook post were not in relation to his postAs I have provided the missing piece, you can see they were in response to a comment from a [redacted] and his statement of "no more fords for me." 01/22/2018Ms.[redacted] requested an itemized breakdown of aftermarket equipment installed on a 6 year old truck that we had just bought through an auction. Aaron (our customer concierge) explained to her that we would not be able to provide an entire list of modifications done (including costs involved)...

as we did not install any of it. He went on to explain that this is how we bought the truck through auction and that all the work was done prior, however we could provide to her our shop ticket (service bill of work we completed to assure a safe vehicle). We do not disclose our cost of goods or what we paid for the Ram truck.I received an email from Ms. [redacted] (see attached) responding to an email that I sent earlier. The email came many hours after mine, so I called her directly the next business day to discuss her concerns immediately at the number provided. She has yet (as of today) to call me back. I did leave her my contact information which was also provided in my earlier email. At no time did anyone from this company make derogatory remarks to Ms.[redacted].This complaint to the Revdex.com is related to her friend, [redacted], dealing on this same truck. Attached are printouts proving this. [redacted] visited this Baglier Mazda on 12/16/18. He left us a 1 star review on Cargurus on 12/21/17. Attached you will see an exchange back and forth from Facebook where he verifies knowing the truck prior to us buying it, and also comments as to what he could've paid for it back in 2017, late summer. You will also find his friend, [redacted], exchange her thoughts on his matter also.I would like to think that this matter will be finalized and extinguished from our distinguished record of business practices. All the Best, Andy K[redacted]GSMBaglier Mazda630 Evans City Rd

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see attachment.
Regards,
[redacted]To begin with, Mr. A[redacted]'s response is filled with lies.Yes, I did request a list of what was done to the truck. As a customer this is my right. Usually when people want to purchase an item they want to know what they are purchasing. Especially when it is a 6 year old truck listed at $49,000. Mr. A[redacted] DID NOT explain that they could not provide a list of modifications done (I never asked for the cost of what was done). However, he did explain that the high price was justified by those modifications. If you are using them to justify the high price it would only make sense you knew what they were. It was not until I received the email from Andy that I was aware a list of modifications could not be provided. Andy provided in his response to the Revdex.com a message from Aaron noting that I would like a list of modifications. If he had already given me that information why would he request it be given to me from someone else? Also, he exaggerated my words on the truck being overpriced. As you can see in my email (also provided to you from Andy) I stated that it was overpriced, "not by much."As far as my email in response to Andy's initial email; yes, the email came many hours after his. I do not have the luxury of set business hours. I am active duty military, which means I work the hours my chain of command tells me to. I am also a mother and in the process of completing a law degree. I will not apologize for my service to this country nor the others. Andy never responded to that email nor did he call me the next business day or any other day after that. I provided my phone records from AT&T for proof. I called Baglier on 12/18/17 at 10:17 and left a message. Aaron called me back 4 minutes later at 10:21. Both calls were before Andy's email to me at 11:03 on 12/18/17. I have received nothing since then. Considering Baglier is now in the business of stalking my personal life I blocked out the last 7 numbers of all other numbers that do not have a 724 area code or the area code to any number listed in relation to Baglier Mazda. This is for the protection of PII and the privacy of my friends and family. If Andy called me from another number I would be more than happy to search for that number and provide that information.Aaron most certainly was derogatory towards me. I, first and foremost, requested a simple apology and instead I received lies. I do not accept this response and am still requesting an apology. I have provided some reviews from other customers who have expressed similar complaints of rude customer service and ill treatment towards women. The sexist nature of Aaron's comments towards me should NEVER be excused or justified. It is because of men like this that women are afraid to speak out against such treatment. My relation to [redacted] is absolutely irrelevant to how I was treated by the men at this dealership. I will provide some insight for curiosity concerns. My thoughts on [redacted]'s Facebook post were not in relation to his post. As I have provided the missing piece, you can see they were in response to a comment from a [redacted] and his statement of "no more fords for me." This is obvious by the rest of the conversation discussing fords and an explorer I owned. I inquired about this vehicle as a gift for a significant occasion in relation to [redacted]. I knew of the difficulties [redacted] was having with the dealership and felt this was the perfect opportunity to purchase the truck before he got the chance. [redacted] was completely unaware of my inquiry until Baglier called him on 01/17/18 and told him they would sell him the truck for what they had in it. They also asked him to have me remove my comment from the Revdex.com. [redacted] told them he was not sure what they were talking about. [redacted] then called me immediately after to ask if I knew anything about the situation. This matter will not be finalized and extinguished from their so called distinguished record of business practices. If this kind of treatment and sexist comments is something they consider "distinguished" then this is an issue that needs to be discussed with their Chain of command and taken public. I asked for nothing but an apology and an explanation. Good reviews do not excuse even a single act of rude customer service and sexism. I also have a clean record and have never filed a complaint to the Revdex.com. If I were to act like this to anyone I communicate with in uniform a clean record would not save me from the consequences I would receive from my commanding officer.V/R[redacted]
