I am rejecting this response because:I am only in contact with *** ***. He has been very helpful in getting the terrible work previously done, repaired. We are about halfway through the new repairs and I'm awaiting another appointment with their crew, currently scheduled for the 5th of March. I'm sure we are all hoping for completion of the job at that time. I would prefer to wait and be sure the repairs are actually done to my satisfaction in a timely fashion, as I still have a fence line that has been removed for the original repairs, since December of 2017. We have a dog and this has been particularly troublesome. I would like to state that Mr*** was professional and very understanding after coming to my house personally and examining the inferior work previously done by Pinnacle. He was patient and verbally agreed with me in regards to the need for most of the work to be completely redone in some areas and repaired in the rest. He also agreed to pay the $fee we incurred when one of their personnel cut through our *** *** cable line during the original work. Mr***'s incredible professionalism and personal attention to this matter is the sole reason I believe this will eventually be settled satisfactorily between our two parties. I simply request the case be held open until such time as that the work has been completed to my satisfaction.Thank You,*** ***

Dear Mr***,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this consumer complaint. As I stated in my voice mail message to you earlier today, we have been unsuccessful after numerous attempts to reach this consumer, *** *** by phone regarding her complaint. Due to the fact
that the original work dates back 31/years and carried a one year warranty, we no longer have the pertinent documents necessary to analyze the file at our office. After interviewing the inspector, it appears that during our last documented visit on 10/11/2016, *** *** pointed to evidence which she believed to be termites but were identified by our licensed inspector *** Crowninshield to be common ants. At this point I am happy to arrange for an appointment to inspect the property in order to better understand the current conditions and assist the consumer in any way possible. Please feel free to suggest any action steps we might take to resolve this matter.Regards,*** ***General Manager

Thank You for taking the time to send me an email in regards to the complaint by Mrs*** on *** *** *** ***I pulled the file and sat down with *** *** (Inspector on this transaction) and discussed everything that was stated in Mrs***’s letter.After carefully
reviewing the file, I did not see any notes indicating that Mrs*** called Pinnacle Pest Control to inform us that not all the repair work was properly completed nor did we ever receive an email with pictures to confirm her statement. Because of this, we were unable to substantiate her claim or fix the problem if we determined there was one.With regards to the claim regarding Mr***: After talking to the office staff and Mr***, I found that Mrs*** was on the phone with Pinnacle Pest Control office administration at the same time Mr*** arrived at her houseHe had no intention of making anyone feel uncomfortable and was unaware that he was not welcomeHis only intent was to try and resolve this matter for her as quickly as possible.With regards to the banking records: Ms*** states that the bank did an investigation and refunded the money*** commonly refund items and do only a cursory investigation that sides with their customer the account holder.After hearing ***’s side of the story and carefully reading Mrs***’s letter, I have decided that it is in everyone’s best interest to cancel out the disputed amount of $With that being said, please feel free to call me on my cell phone if you have any other questions or concerns about *** *** *** ***.Thank you,*** ***Termite Department SupervisorCell: *** ***

This complaint has not been satisfied and I did not agree to close itI have just talked to Pest Company about Two days ago and the owner promised to complete the work on July 13, I want the complaint left open until the work is either finished or refunded

On Thurday March 31st, 2016 Pinnacle's pest control service manager [redacted] meet with [redacted] to inspect and review Mr. [redacted] concerns. Both parties  Mr. [redacted] for Pinnacle pest control and Mr. [redacted] agreed to cancel the current agreement and that the downpayment Mr....

[redacted] paid would be applied to time and materials for work performed by two Piinnacle employees.Pinnacle pest control has revomed all other charges attached to Mr. [redacted]'s account, at this time Pinnacle pest control per Mr. [redacted]'s agreement hase coles his account.
