Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
I have contacted FEDEX and filed a claim against FEDEX and the driver.  I have met with a FEDEX driver and my neighbor. AFter extensive research on my part, I found that The FEDEX driver delivered the package to the wrong house.  The seller did not help me, or file a claim for insurance for FEDEX.  The seller did not tell me the amount that the item was insured for, even after I asked.  I've also filed a claim with the Revdex.com for FEDEX and [redacted].  The negative feedback was removed by [redacted] because they said the file was closed, not what the seller claims.  The problem I have with the seller is that the seller simply was not as helpful as they could have been.  The seller did not file a FEDEX claim, when I asked for the FEDEX claim, the seller never gave me the claim number. FEDEX said that the seller never filed a claim.  The emails through [redacted] were not long or detailed from the seller.  The seller claims that [redacted] said that they needed to "steer clear" of me.  I have filed a claim against [redacted] for that statement as well and reported it to [redacted] with a picture of that statement by the seller.  I finally got the bag, almost 26 days late because FEDEX delivered it to the wrong address.  The bottom line is that the seller did not help me enough with FEDEX and didn't correspond properly to my questions.  The other issue is that the neighbor said it was delivered in a very flimsy package.   I noticed that the other negatives have not been removed.  I paid quickly, and I didn't get positive feedback.  Other companies help customers.  This company failed to properly help me.  I want an apology.

I disagree with the seller's statement.  Yes, the item was delivered, but it was delivered to an "old man" in my driveway.  Clearly not me or at my door.  However, the seller did not even try to file the insurance claim.  I've gotten some help and have filed the insurance claim to fedex, which you will find attached to this email.  I doubt that [redacted] said they would "steer clear" of me.  I would think that is a liable statement against [redacted].  The case is still open with FEDEX and hopefully I'll be getting my refund.  However, the refund will be made to the seller and not me. So I don't know if the seller is honest enough to give me my refund or not.  I left negative feedback because the seller did not try to help me by filing the insurance on the item. The seller got my money.  The seller did not demand a FEDEX "driver follow-up investigation," nor did they file a case with fedex or file the insurance with fedex.  The package was not "dropped off" at my house; it was given to a random person.  I live on a busy road, and anyone could have been in my driveway at that time..  The driver   clearly gave the item to an "old man" who happened to be in my driveway.  The seller never responded to let me know what the item was insured for with FEDEX, so I had to guess.  This seller also has several negative feedbacks on their store. I've been an [redacted] member since 2000 and never had a case opened or negative feedback.  I paid and the seller should leave me positive feedback.

Review: I ordered a ALMA LV bag for $160, which includes shipping, from this consignment store in NYC on the [redacted] Website. They sent me the item to my house via FEDEX. However, FEDEX delivered it to an "Old man" who was in my driveway. FEDEX shows the item as delivered. I live alone and my car was not in the driveway. Consequently no car was in the garage, which is easily seen from my driveway. I was not at home. I asked the seller and [redacted] to help me with this and file a case with FEDEX. The seller would not request a "driver follow up investigation" with FEDEX. This investigation is where FEDEX physically goes to the home and investigates what happened to the package. This takes about 2 weeks. Then once proven, the seller could get the insurance money, and I could get a refund. Neither [redacted] or the seller would help me. FEDEX is not being very helpful either. I need some help to get my money back or find my package.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from the seller and have them pursue the issue and file and investigation with FEDEX.

Business Response to a Complaint

We reached out to fedex and they said they could do since the package was scanned as delivered and the driver could not verify why their was somebody at [redacted]'s house accepting her mail. This buyer is malicious and [redacted] removed their fraudulent negative feedback and case. We are not FedEX and if her allegations are true she would have complained to FedEX and not the sender since we did everything above and beyond requirements. If her intentions were pure she would have been going after the company that she claims midplaced her package. PS FedEX insurance does not cover claims for packages that "old men in the driveway accept" I called and asked again and they said that if their is a case of identity theft and that man claimed to be [redacted] she should contact authorities.
