Sorry about the complaint, this lady some how thinks Im "GOD" Im in charge of weather and other things. sans-serif;">The shipping problem was out of our control.  As you know the weather back east has behorrible. Shes pissed off over 35.00 product that showed up a day late acccording to the tracking. She refused the product.She said she had to have it by a certain date for traveling. She was sure there at the door to refuse the package the next day.We run a clean business and every now and then, there are some people who have more time than money to complain about everything.She was short on the phone, We will not be yelled at by anyone for something we cannot control.have a good day.RegardsSaeid DaraviPresident&ceowww.bagsusashop.com

[first off, it was more than a day late the package, it was a few days late and it was not for traveling so he is making up stories. This was a gift for someone and I needed it by a certain date. I was short with the person from the store because he gave me an attitude and instantly told me it was shipped and that there was nothing else he could do for me, he was not considerate with good customer service at all. He even had the nerve to call me "stupid" in a message that he wrote to me on Amazon which is beyond disgusting and unprofessional. I did in fact have my father refuse the package when it was delivered because I went and had to get the gift elsewhere because he did not uphold his end of the sale with delivery promises. The post offIce would have put in their tracking if it was delayed due to bad weather and I happened to speak with them and know for a fact that it was not delayed for that reason. He can't expect a customer to not be upset and short when they are provided bad customer service. He is still just trying to make me look like a bad person and that is unfair when he is wrong on multiple instances due to what occurred and Amazon which is where the sale occurred through even saw the conversations and were embarrassed by his actions and behavior. I received a refund from them since he wouldn't probide me with one.. He needs to accept his wrongdoings.]

Review: I ordered a product from this company thru amazon on january 17th and was guaranteed to receive the product by the 29th of this month. on the 30th the product had not been received so I called the post office to track it and they told me it was shipped the longest way and it could take up to 2 weeks. I then contacted amazon about this and they had me contact the seller. he then resent me the tracking info which also had the company website with the phone number. I called him on the phone and told him I wanted something done for my inconvenience as I needed the item by a certain date. he asked me multiple times "what do you want me to do it was shipped" then I said I would find it elsewhere and return it and he said I would be responsible to pay the fees then and hung up on me. he then told amazon I was rude, but I was only rude out of frustration. I told him I was filing a complaint with amazon and Revdex.com and he then proceeded to write to me and told me that I was "extremely stupid" and to go ahead and complain however I felt necessary to whoever. I was so disgusted that I called and spoke to an amazon supervisor who helped me and understood the problem greatly, but I am completely disgusted that a person can be this rude to customers and expect to run a business like that.Desired Settlement: I want him to refund my money and I would like him to not be allowed to sell products with false deadlines any further. He also needs to not talk to customers in such a horrible manner.
