warranty all the work we perform here at Allen Pest Control. Due to [redacted] not contacting us directly at all after the service, we could not have known she was still experiencing the issue. Generally, if a customer is still experiencing an issue they call into the office here. Once we receive the call when can send the technician back out to the service address within a day or to, to remedy the issue in a timely matter. I believe some of the confusion may have been due to the technician explaining that the bait takes a day or two after being consumed to affect the mouse ( We guarantee to take care of the problem, generally up to a month after the service date to insure problem has been taken care of). I also clarified with [redacted] that the copper mesh was placed around an access hole in the siding from the outside of the home around a conduit pipe. This was because the technician wanted to seal off any places where another mouse could gain entry. He did not seal any entry ways from the crawlspace to the kitchen.        Even though [redacted] did not follow our in house protocol for following up after the initial service, she stated that the service we provided did not help her with her issue. We want to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase of services from Allen Pest Control.
