was in the store on 7/30/16 for his first regular maintenance on the tires since purchase. Customer had an appointment scheduled for 10 am and upon arrival, added services to be completed at the same time. We complied and proceeded forward with rotation and balance of tires and oil change that was added. This was quoted to be a 2 hour time estimate, and at 1hr and 40 mins. Mr [redacted] became agitated and upset with everyone in the building. The manager offered, and did comp his oil change, to no help as Mr [redacted] threatened my employees with profanity and even told them "he would have them fired by the end of the day". I called Mr. [redacted] on Monday afternoon and quickly learned for myself as he yelled at me that there was not much I could do for the man. We still put the offer forward to have the van looked at another location, The Surprise store a short 15min drive away, (at his request to not return to the this location) and offered to prorate out any tire, that tested bad, that did not have an uneven wear pattern (because that will void any manufacture warranty) caused by his vehicle that is in disrepair. A totally acceptable industry wide type of warranty offer. What we wont do is take anymore verbal abuse from Mr. [redacted], If he would like to take us up the warranty offer we will still extend that to him, however at first sign of any immaturity on his part and that offer is null and void. We will move to return his vehicle to him and will decline to service the vehicle or him further.
