HelloThere was an order made by *** ***The order was involved in a mabout where the order was going making the order arrive one day late to Ms***The order had been in a Will Call area instead of being shipped
I tried to explain this to her and first offered to not ship the
order to issue a full refund so she could pursue a local option to meet her deadlineShe choose to have me ship the order outI explained it would take a few days for delivery and should arrive on the needed dayHowever, the order arrived the following day, making it one day lateI then offered a 25% credit memo for the total of the order valueMs*** found that unacceptable and demanded a full refund (after receiving the order)I then told Ms*** that I would issue a credit memo for 100% of the order value, good for one yearI did not typically issue full refunds for print orders after the orders have been receivedI did not hear back from Ms***Then I received your email today about the complaintThis my first knowledge of her complaint to your officeAlso, to note Ms*** had placed a similar order with me for the last two or three years without problemBe advise of your opinion on the matterThank you
