Hello, I do not understand why you are writing a complaint when you knowingly and willingly signed as the primary buyer, you were fully aware of what you were signing and I have the bill of sale to prove this, both parties were informed of who is primary and secondary buyers, thanks

November 28, 2015In response to Mr* *** complaint he forgot to mention the reason why Baha Auto Sales was forced to repossess the VW Bettle VIN*** The reason that lead to Mr* *** vehicle being repossessed was the fact that some of the information Mr*** provided
to get the financing approved turned out to be fraudulentWhen the paperwork was sent to Honor Finance (Lender that approved his loan) they verify all information on customers application as well as incomelike check stubsHonor tried verifying with no luck on getting an answer from his employer and informed Baha Auto Sales if we can helpWe then tried to contact Mr*** and got no responseHonor did a deeper investigation on employer and came to be that it was a home not a registered business and that the check stubs provided by Mr*** were fake. After several intents on trying to contact Mr*** and no response Baha Auto Sales was forced to repossess the said vehicleOn October 22, car was repossessed and that's when Mr*** called Baha Auto and asked about the carWe explained the situation and Mr*** said he wanted to pick up his belongings from the vehicleWe said it was fineWhen Mr*** arrived we asked for an explanation on the job and check stubs but had no solid responseWe then tried to reach an agreement on the amount we would settle forWe had to consider the repossession fee was $due to it being out of state, also when car was recovered there was damage to the vehicle that was not there prior or when Mr*** took possession of said vehicleMr*** refused and got upset and left the dealership screaming we would hear from his lawyer.Baha Auto Sales had no wrong intentions or wrong doing, we were afraid not to be able to retrieve our vehicle since there was no response from Mr*** and the information provided by himOur intentions are always to reach a mutual and fair agreement between both partiesIn this case Mr*** was pretty upset and refused all offers, well knowing he could of avoided this by not intentionally giving information. If you have any suggestions on the best way to solve this matter, I'm very open to suggestionsI would like this issue finalized the best way possible. Sincerely,*** ***Manager

In response to Mr[redacted] complaint he forgot to mention the reason why Baha Auto Sales was forced to repossess the 2014 VW Bettle VIN. [redacted]
The reason that lead to Mr[redacted] vehicle being repossessed was the fact that some of the information Mr....

[redacted] provided to get the financing approved turned out to be fraudulent. When the paperwork was sent to Honor Finance (Lender that approved his loan) they verify all information on customers application as well as income. like check stubs. Honor tried verifying with no luck on getting an answer from his employer and informed Baha Auto Sales if we can help. We then tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and got no response. Honor did a deeper investigation on employer and came to be that it was a home not a registered business and that the check stubs provided by Mr. [redacted] were fake. After several intents on trying to contact Mr. [redacted] and no response Baha Auto Sales was forced to repossess the said vehicle. On October 22, 2015  car was repossessed and that's  when Mr. [redacted] called Baha Auto and asked about the car. We explained the situation and Mr. [redacted] said  he wanted to pick up his belongings from the vehicle. We said it was fine. When Mr. [redacted] arrived we asked for an explanation on the job and check stubs but had no solid response. We then tried to reach an agreement on the amount we would settle for. We had to consider the repossession fee was $950.00 due to it being out of state, also when car was recovered there was damage to the vehicle that was not there prior or when Mr. [redacted] took possession of said vehicle. Mr. [redacted] refused and got upset and left the dealership screaming we would hear from his lawyer.
Baha Auto Sales had no wrong intentions or wrong doing, we were afraid not to be able to retrieve our vehicle since there was no response from Mr. [redacted] and the false information provided by him. Our intentions are always to reach a mutual and fair agreement between both parties. In this case Mr. [redacted] was pretty upset and refused all offers, well knowing he could of avoided this by not intentionally giving false information.
If you have any suggestions  on the best way to solve this matter, I'm very open to suggestions. I would like this issue finalized the best way possible.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
