Customer called to check Air Conditioner tripping the circuitWe actually tried to save them a service call by informing them to contact a heating & air conditioning contractor, as it didn't seem to be an electrical issueThey insisted we come to verify it was not an electrical issueBoth our owner as well as service foreman informed them that there would be a charge to have a technician come out & that from our experience, their issue would require an HVAC contractor to service the unitSimilar to a refrigerator or dishwasher or any appliance not workingIf we find that the circuit providing power is OK, the customer would then need to contact the appropriate repair company for that applianceAn air conditioning condenser unit requires service by a factory authorized HVAC technician (to avoid warranty issues etc...) They still requested a service call from usOur technician found exactly what we suspected & told them to call an HVAC contractor, At that time, they were satisfied with our service & in fact asked us for a proposal on other work which they were planning on doingTheir complaint came when we tried to collect on the outstanding bill for the service call We are a reputable company, in business over years with No complaints in the past

An air conditioning condenser unit requires service by a factory authorized HVAC technician (to avoid warranty issues etc...) They still requested a service call from us. Our technician found exactly what we suspected & told them to call an HVAC contractor, At that time, they were satisfied with our service & in fact asked us for a proposal on other work which they were planning on doing.
