I purchased a 5075E in December of 2016, it had a recall and an employee reached out to me to replace the partWhen I told them the location of the tractor, they just gave me the run around on when they would goFinally when they did, I asked to have the tractor serviced because it had a beeping soundWhen I called to see if it was fixed or what the resolution was (because they did not call me to give me any update), the told me that the issue was because we had turned off a button on the tractor that is need in order for it to automatically clean the filter and because we turned it off we voided the warranty on the tractorWhy would a button that is need to be on at all times even be on the equipment? Also they never called back to tell me what it would cost to fix it and when I would call they didn't know the answer to any of my questionsI also asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and the number they gave me was to a cell phone that went straight to voice mailThe
