We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience at Bahama Spa and Nails. Normally, if there are issues with pedicures, customers alert us right away and we are able to correct them the same day before finishing up the serviceWith the call being several days later, skin and
cuticles can grow back quickly depending on each client therefore we cannot fully determine if there was an issue at the time of serviceWe are unable to provide a refund or a free pedicure but we can provide a polish change which includes the trimming (or cut down) of the length, buff and polish on the toe nails, free of charge.
