I called the company to get a Groupon discount they offered it to me for then they put their manager Andre on the phone who was rude and told me that if I wanted that rate that I should just go and call Groupon after they offered it to me they called me back offer to me again put Andre back on the phone and he then tells me again it's I said you just offered it to me for why would I paid more when I can go through Groupon he said go get it at Groupon he is rudeThey kept calling me trying to get me to take the deal for I would never even think about taking a cruise if your manager is that rude

The cruise line is very unprofessionalAfter they advertised a grand sailing to the Bahamas for February 1st, the cruise was not fit to sail and they cancelled the cruise while people were waiting to board the shipThe President of the company said "No cruise, go home." People from all over the world had traveled to sail and they were all left stranded with no hotel and no immediate refund! There was no customer service on site to recover the refundWe had to call and all they offered was a free cruise and that the money will be refunded in a weekIn the mean time, they did not pay for the hotel expenses that we had to incur as a result of them cancelling the cruiseIt's understandable that a sailing must be cancelled for safety reasons or for weather conditions, but in this case, they cancelled because the ship's PA system failed inspection and their crew was not ready to handle an emergencyMy issue is that they KNEW about the problem BEFORE the sailing date and they did not contact anyone to cancel the cruise before arriving thereThey allowed people to wait for over hours at the port with their luggage, children, and elderly guests (without food and enough seats) and did not offer much explanation when they cancelledThey just threw everyone outIt was a very unpleasant experienceLocal West Palm Beach news covered the storyPeople were outraged and the police had to interveneOn top of all that mess they created, we had to spend more money to get back home80% of people had no where to stay and were left with no alternatives than to book a motel nearby until they can figure out what to do and how to get back home without suffering more financial lossesIt was a messThe President of the cruise line KNEW that their ship had issues and they just stood quiet hoping that the US Coast Guard would let them sail anywaysThey should be liable for all the expenses that everyone had to incur and all the trouble that they causedWaiting now an entire week to see if I get my money backA free cruise on that ship won't cover for the sour experienceBeware of booking with this people, and if you are sailing with them, make sure you call a day before and ask IF their cruise will sailIt's a really bad experience to be sent home after all the efforts people make to get there

I was on this cruise ship on August 6th, We sailed hours late due to generator problems minutes after we left port all generators went out and there was no air conditioning, plumbing, or electricity People all stayed on the deck due to the heat I ended up (along with multiple others) suffering hear stroke When I disputed the charges with the credit card company, the company came back saying that the cruise lines reported that all was fine and that if there had been any problems, they would not have been allowed to sail
I don't know how tis company is allowed to stay in business You are seriously in danger with this cruise company and I under the lack of Revdex.com accreditation

The cruise line is very unprofessional. After they advertised a grand sailing to the Bahamas for February 1st, the cruise was not fit to sail and they cancelled the cruise while 900 people were waiting to board the ship. The President of the company said "No cruise, go home." People from all over the world had traveled to sail and they were all left stranded with no hotel and no immediate refund! There was no customer service on site to recover the refund. We had to call and all they offered was a free cruise and that the money will be refunded in a week. In the mean time, they did not pay for the hotel expenses that we had to incur as a result of them cancelling the cruise. It's understandable that a sailing must be cancelled for safety reasons or for weather conditions, but in this case, they cancelled because the ship's PA system failed inspection and their crew was not ready to handle an emergency. My issue is that they KNEW about the problem BEFORE the sailing date and they did not contact anyone to cancel the cruise before arriving there. They allowed people to wait for over 8 hours at the port with their luggage, children, and elderly guests (without food and enough seats) and did not offer much explanation when they cancelled. They just threw everyone out. It was a very unpleasant experience. Local West Palm Beach news covered the story. People were outraged and the police had to intervene. On top of all that mess they created, we had to spend more money to get back home. 80% of people had no where to stay and were left with no alternatives than to book a motel nearby until they can figure out what to do and how to get back home without suffering more financial losses. It was a mess. The President of the cruise line KNEW that their ship had issues and they just stood quiet hoping that the US Coast Guard would let them sail anyways. They should be liable for all the expenses that everyone had to incur and all the trouble that they caused. Waiting now an entire week to see if I get my money back. A free cruise on that ship won't cover for the sour experience. Beware of booking with this people, and if you are sailing with them, make sure you call a day before and ask IF their cruise will sail. It's a really bad experience to be sent home after all the efforts people make to get there.

I called the company to get a Groupon discount they offered it to me for 460 then they put their manager Andre on the phone who was rude and told me that if I wanted that rate that I should just go and call Groupon after they offered it to me they called me back offer to me again put Andre back on the phone and he then tells me again it's 480 I said you just offered it to me for 460 why would I paid more when I can go through Groupon he said go get it at Groupon he is rude. They kept calling me trying to get me to take the deal for 460 I would never even think about taking a cruise if your manager is that rude.

I bought my package directly on the site www.bahamasparadisecruise.com, with the attendant [redacted]
I bought ALL INCLUSIVE package and 5 days on the Grand Lucayan Resort.
Well..At the time of boarding the ship, Iknew that we were going to another hotel, and there would not have the all inclusive service!!
Nobody warned me before! I had no choice! And the worst .. I stayed on an island 5 days with no money to spend! Because I had bought an all inclusive package!! It was the worst vacation of my life! Was frustrating !! It was not what I bought, I did not know anything, they did not email me anything before!!
So far, I have not received any email or anything, apologizing! I sent SEVERAL emails while I was there ... and I never had a reply!!!! For me, the worst company!

Wednesday, March 4, 2015, my friend, [redacted] called the Bahama Paradise cruise reservation line and was quoted $239.00 pp for a 2 day cruise leaving Port of Palm 3/23 for the Bahamas. When she called back to confirm a couple of hours later she was told that the cost would be $169.00 pp. She was thrilled, booked her room and put a hold on a room for my husband and I. She was told we only needed to call back with a credit card. I called back ASAP and although [redacted] (ext. [redacted] had all my reservation information....Obviously, he knew that we had a reservation.... I was told that the price was now $239.00 and then $199.00 pp. I asked to speak to a manager and [redacted] (ext. [redacted] came on the phone.
My husband and I have owned our own business and worked in customer service for years and would never dream of treating a customer the way I was treated. He repeatedly told me that "prices can change without notice" and he would not honor the $169.00. He said I was lucky that he was giving me the $199.00 price and that if I called back the price would go up again.
I told him that this was going to be my first cruise and that I was excited and he was ruining this experience for me.
He told me that if I didnt like it I didnt need to go!!!
What kind of customer service is this?
We had dinner that night with [redacted] and 15 other people and they showed interest when [redacted] said they cruise was $169.00. When they heard this bait & switch tactic they decided not to take this cruise and have said that they will not in the future.
