Review: It's been approximately 60 days since I moved out of my apartment, and I have contacted Bahar Corporation multiple times requesting the status of my security deposit. I have left voicemails and spoken to two different administrative assistants several times. I took pictures before I moved in and took pictures after I moved out, and I sent the corporation a letter detailing how I left the apartment and included the pictures. I was informed that there were no issues with how I left the residence and should have received my full deposit over a week ago. I still haven't received my deposit. Bahar Corporation took over the building I was renting in September 2013. On February **, I provided the corporation a 45-day notice of my intention to move out on March **, 2014.After experiencing difficulty in retrieving my security deposit from the corporation, I discovered several complaints online of their unwillingness to return security deposit to former residents; these complaints can be found on [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my full security deposit of $1,000 mailed to my new address as soon as possible. Thank you for your help in the matter. My old address is [redacted].
