Revdex.com,First of all the guest made a booking online through a third party ( Booking .com).The rate code as it appears in our system is SBK1(advance purchase), which the way it was set up allows the hotel to pre charge 100% at time of bookingThe guest booked the room on 3/28/ for nights a total of $including taxesThe guest cancelled the room on the 4/1/Hotel refunded 4/03/the amount of $Guest is now complaining about over draft charges which the hotel is not liable for,since reservations coming into our CRS does not indicate card typesHis claims of trying to reach me several times is totally unaware to me Thank You [redacted] (GM) Hawthorn Suites

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was not in Corpus Christi, TX on 09/14/or 09/15/as the [redacted] by [redacted] , Corpus Christi, TX hotel User Activity Log shows for these two dates- First, the hotel User Activity Log shows that [redacted] has checked in to clean room on 09/14/at 21:(9:54PM) - Not true! I have NEVER EVER been to this hotel.- Second, the hotel User Activity Log then shows that [redacted] is checking out on 09/15/room at 07:(7:19AM) - Not true! I have NEVER EVER been to this hotel.I have family and neighbors who will testify under oath that I, [redacted] was not in Corpus Christi, TX on the above dates as your hotel User Activity Logs showsI also have credit card charges (dates & time) bank transaction descriptions that show proof that I was in the Conroe, Tx area and not down at your hotel in Corpus Christ.The hotel reservation that [redacted] made was for one room (queen beds) for two nights only - this trip was for my wife and myself onlyThere was NEVER EVER a second hotel reservation madeOn the hotel User Activity Log the hotel has circled Confirmation No [redacted] and then on the hotel reservation sheet they have a different Confirmation No [redacted] circled again for some strange reasonWhen you read the action description for the Confirmation No [redacted] it shows one room for adults and children - this hotel obviously has major problems with their record keeping systemThey try to go back to the hotel User Activity Log to alter guest reservation information (arrival/departure dates) that will solely make the hotel Action Description meet their needs for running a fraudulent business schemeSomeone at this hotel falsified the information that was sent to the Revdex.com to try to justify the hotels action for doing a debit from my banking account of $I would not drive from Conroe, TX to Corpus Christi, TX (miles) to stay at any hotel from 9:54PM one night and them leave the next day at 7:19AM - this would be crazy and not a realistic trip for someone my age.I'm requesting that your hotel provide the Revdex.com with a copy of the hotel guest chesheet that I would have been required to sign during my initial arrival at your hotel, the form should have my guest signature, vehicle infoand other details required by your hotelAlso, please provide the Revdex.com a copy of my drivers license that your hotel would have made during my initial che- these two basic items are standard procedures when any person checks in to any hotelI'm sure your hotel will be happy to provide the two items to the Revdex.com for their reviewI will be happy to drop my claim against your hotel once the Revdex.com and myself are provided with a copy of the signed cheform that shows my signature and the copy of my drivers license that your hotel is required to have on file.I'm attaching the following files that show the [redacted] reservation confirmed by your hotel, [redacted] full refund of deposit by your hotel and the itinerary sent from the [redacted] Customer Care as requested from me to help solve this problem Regards, [redacted]

Someone at this hotel falsified the information that was sent to the Revdex.com to try to justify the hotels action for doing a debit from my banking account of $137.90. I would not drive from Conroe, TX to Corpus Christi, TX (250 miles) to stay at any hotel from 9:54PM one night and them leave the next day at 7:19AM - this would be crazy and not a realistic trip for someone my age.I'm requesting that your hotel provide the Revdex.com with a copy of the hotel guest check-in sheet that I would have been required to sign during my initial arrival at your hotel, the form should have my guest signature, vehicle info. and other details required by your hotel.
