During installation of a custom lighting fixture, the owner misrepresented his ability to fix an incompatibility issue between the fixtures LED lights, the fixtures drivers, and my homes control system. We could not get the fixture to dim despite multiple attempts by my electrician and the control system technician. Bahir Lighting's owner insisted that he could fix the problem and caused me to incur unnecessary additional expenses by bring the control system technician back to my home while he made additional changes to the fixture. He could not reconcile the problem. My main complaint is that he has not answered multiple email requests from me to address this issue and my proposal for the company to share a very small portion of my additional unnecessary expenses.
I will mail him $95.00, I dispute that however to resolve it I will mail a check.
