PostMark has worked with Bahnson for several years under a maintenance contract. Recently we has a compressor go out. Bahnson responded quickly. While repairing the broken compressor they realized the other compressor was going bad. They took the initiative to fix that problem as well. Before invoicing they called to let us know what they did, the fact they appreciated our business and knew we would be unhappy to have the second compressor to go out quickly after the repair. The purpose of the call was to make sure we were going to be ok with the second compressor on the invoice. These guys are professional and care about their customers.
