Silvia filed a complaint towards my business regarding her shirtsWhile it is true that the shirts are no where to be found, she did get some information wrongFirst the women she talked to on *** and on Wednesday was not the owner, she is the manager of my businessThe shirts that she
brought to dry clean was examined by myself and the manager before they were dry cleanedNot only were the shirts used, it was old and raggyWe do not dry clean the shirts ourselves, instead we deliver it to a dry clean service that we partnered to clean the customer shirtsThis way we can make it cheap for customers, as we only charge $per shirtThis is the cheapest price around and their is no way for someone to bring in "new and designer shirts" for us to clean at that priceIt is our responsibility to resolve this because we lost the shirtsSo I told my manager to offer the customer $per shirt, which I believe is a bargainThe customer wanted $per shirt which is a fair price if it is "new and designer" but we know they are notInstead they were old shirts, which I believe $is a very fair deal

This people are not telling the truthFirst, the person who took the shirts, didn't look at the shirts, she just wrote shirts on the receipt, also on the third time I went to the store, she showed me a shirt and asked me if that was one of my shirtsShe doesn't have any idea about the shirtsSecond, the person who told me that she has to speak with the manager (the same, who took the shirts) told me to go on a day, she wasn't there, and the person who was there Tuesday, January 5, told me that she was the person in charge, and she didn't work on TuesdaysThen the shirts were not raggy as she describedWho will sent to dry clean a raggy shirt? They were designer shirts, on* *** ***, one *** and as I stated before she didn't have a clue about the shirts, now all of the sudden she said they were raggyIf I asked $ per shirt is because they were designed, fairly new, but still usedAnd Last, when I went the last time, she said that I have to wait because she had to talk with the manager/owner to see what to doThis is the second time she said the sameAnd when she asked me how much I wanted for the shirts and I said $ she said, that she would give me $ 20.00, at that time she didn't have to ask to the manager/owner? a moment ago, she needed it to ask what to do, and now she is telling me how much she will give me.I hope you understand why I refused what they offered, I'm not asking for the full price, even they were fairly new, still they were used
