Ms[redacted] ,I am responding to the complaint # [redacted] in reference to our former client Reuben [redacted] received on 7/17/ Mr [redacted] implored our services on 12/15/for one Hays county charge and one Travis county charge, upon release he signed his first contract with our company outlining our rules and expectations At that time the client understood that he was to call and check in with our office every Monday, keep his personal information updated, keep up with his payment plan, and attend all court dates Over the following month he only checked in with our office once and was arrested shortly after with two new charges and a parole hold As an existing client we were able to accommodate Mr[redacted] a second time with another payment plan for his new charges The client signed a second contract with us on 02/06/again clearly stating the rules that were to be followed with the knowledge we may file release of surety for non compliance It came to our attention that the client failed to appear for his Travis county charge on 6/05/and was in violation of his contract with us once again At this time our company was liable for $50,in bonds between two counties as well as court costs from the failure to appear and it was in our best interest to file the release of sureties for all of his bonds Our office was in contact with the clients wife about the situation and told her we would try our best to work with them and inquire with our owners about re-writing the bonds to which we did not receive approvalWe regretfully explained to his wife that it was out of hands at that point because of the multiple violations of our contract with the client Our job as a bond agent allows us to help people with their situation unfortunately we were not given approval to help the client a third time.Sincerely,Bail America

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the information provided is yes mr [redacted] was arrested for not attending court but that has since been dismissed his attorney did not follow through which I did in fact inform American Bail Bonds in regards to and they said to have them turn himself in and that they would have a shirred me that they would get him out and I spoke with loudest several times and that day I also have phone records where I called to check in or were they called me to remind us of court dates and they said that qualified as a check in so the information provided is not correct he did not miss any court dates there is no missed court dates in court if you can check and Travis County there are none I can also provide it the dismissal for you if you'd like Regards, [redacted]
