Yes Mrs *** paid the contract amount for the room addition and new garage added to there propertyThe difference between the contract and amount due is for all the changes that Mrs *** requested to be done to her home additionallyWe tried to go to arbitration and get a third party to help
resolve this matter, but unfortunately she failed to replyShe is very aware of all the extras that were completed on her home at her request, and the cost associated with the improvementsI have before and after photos to support our claimI have retained counsel to pursue collection of this debt in small claims court
The one complaint that she could possibly have would be the time it took to complete the project, but it was impossible to stick to a schedule with constant changes being made by Mrs *** I am very upset that she requested that we install hardwood floors in her kitchen and dining room from the extras that I had from my personal home at a cost of $then just ignores the debt
