I am in receipt of your letter of February 22, 2016 wherein you enclose a complaint from [redacted] stating that she received a collection letter from our firm for a [redacted] debt that she did not incur. On February 4, 2016 our mailing service, AMS Direct, notified our firm... that a processing error occurred during address validation of our file for collection letters dated February 2, 2016. This error caused 79 letters to be populated with incorrect names and addresses from another file in their software system. On February 4, 2016 our firm notified [redacted] of AMS Direct's error.
