through were plastic and fell apart, we did nothing wrong. We repaired the microwave and it was functioning. We thought it would stay together. We offered a warranty that would cover if the problem was misdiagnosed, not to replace the microwave. I'm sorry our customer doesn't understand that we did the best we could, what happened was unavoidable. We performed the service in the correct way. We always stand behind our work, and take care of our customers. Thank you.
