We have not had a complaint in over years of doing businessThis was a very old microwave with plastic partsWe had to disassemble it to determine what the problem wasThe plastic parts broke because they were oldWe took the screws out in the manner, but the tabs the screws went through were plastic and fell apart, we did nothing wrongWe repaired the microwave and it was functioningWe thought it would stay togetherWe offered a warranty that would cover if the problem was misdiagnosed, not to replace the microwaveI'm sorry our customer doesn't understand that we did the best we could, what happened was unavoidableWe performed the service in the correct wayWe always stand behind our work, and take care of our customersThank you
