I am rejecting this response because:Initially I want this person who is responding on behalf of Bailey to identify him or herself because I have being dealing with about different people regarding to this issueSecondly to advise you a little of respect and professionalism, don’t try to make things looks like I’m slandering Bailey, be aware of what your store did!You’re right; unfortunately I already spent too much time on this which has been detrimental to me, so let’s go directly to the point: 1.WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR FREE! It’s a shame to read that from a Bailey representative.As clients we went to Biley's Austin location on July 29, only for fix a stem! The watch was perfectly working with a wonderful crystal face and a golden crown was leftWe request a service that we are able to pay for; we thought this business was the correct one for left *** grandfather vintage watch, I guess you understand that has a spiritual and monetary valueIt was supposed the instruction where only an estimate on fixing the stem (I have the copy) and the store manager will send me an email with a quote for a complete watch maintenance which never happened! The unfortunate result of your manager procedures caused you to be obligated to try to repair the situation that for sure will cause you a bad brand reputationI’m going to detail it for you once more: after weeks waiting, writing emails even calling, we went to pick up a watch that was NOT WORKING, had a PLASTIC FACE and WITHOUT the golden crownWe made some videos that I’m able to provide; by the way another manager was at that time, we even couldn’t claim to the person that takes our watch, the same store manager that doesn’t detailed in the work order our watch model that was working perfectly, that we left the crown, etcA kind of omission that doesn’t allow you to verify where this watch was changed and what your store was given to us! Not control at all for a jewelry store! For us it’s a dubious behavioral but please, don’t be in CHOCK and take care of your personnel, your stores procedures and inventory control, I think that’s more professional and serious than being in chockThis issue is full of detailed mistakes that I have properly documented for Revdex.com if they needed Summary of “concessions”: We got a watch by mail (since Bailey moved its location to Huston) with:PLASTIC FACE, seriously how many times we should write and say NOT PLASTIC FACE!Tree Chinese straps no leather.A gift card.An invoice instead an authentication document that we agreed, because after all!! we don’t trust if something else was changed in the machinery) we talked by phone about that with ** ***.The invoice says complete mechanical service, repair selfNotice they “fixed” what was broke before at Bailey store and still without changing the date!The crown it’s not original, is an effort after someone lose the one that we leftIf you look at pictures and compares you will see it For your record too (let me know if you don’t have your copies) and for clarify too, you said a “few concessions” what else are you talking about?! Because even with an email as proved of an agreement between us and a Bailey’s VP we don’t get what we agreed, simply that! And that answers you comment..YES, I don’t want to spend more time dealing with Bailey, we already saw enough. After made a mistake like the Baily store did, for a representative taking care of the issue, to not accomplish what was agreed, it’s unacceptable! We want the refund; for sure you can get back your concessions, still being at the same box.

[redacted],  Let me start by saying here at Baileys we take pride in offering our customers with the utmost respect and customer service.  We always take the customers side and lean on the side of generosity which we most definitely have in this case with [redacted] and [redacted] ,  not...

only have we sent this watch out twice for them and completely updated the watch properly and correctly. We have spent over 1000 dollars doing this for free and gave her straps and a gift card for whatever inconvenience she believes this has caused her. I am in shock that her stance and the amount of time she has dedicated to try and slander Baileys after all of the remedies. Just to clarify for your records here are a few concessions that Baileys has made to take care of our guest.  • Brand new Stem for watch at our cost twice (FOR FREE) • Brand new strap at our cost and gave the guest 2 additional straps at our cost (FOR FREE) • Changed face of the watch for free• Complete Maintenance service for free by Universal Watch Repair • Replaced Crown for free• Gave guest 300$ gift card as a gift We simply do not understand why she is asking for a refund on repairs she received for free. The watch is in working order in better condition and working parts. Thank you for your help with this matter.
