I have been calling Bailey Christian Studios since October about pictures taken in SeptemberI was finally able to get a hold of them being that, they never answer the phone or email and their mailbox is full and they don't return messages like they say they do, call you back within a hr periodI spoke to someone who told me that the lab was behind and the pictures would be in by that end of weekAsked my son for the photos no picsCalled back same thing no ans mailbox full, etcI was able to get a hold of someone once again asked for the picsSame response lab is behind and pics would be going out by end of week told lady if anything changes let me know I gave her my number, Here I am in December with no pics and no money and no responseI would never recommend this company and I sure am going to call someone else to take my child's Photos

I sincerely apologize for such a delay in your product We want to make sure you alway get what you paid for, unfortunately there are times where we fall short for some reason or another, such is the case I will make sure that your issue is correctly
ASAP I will have one of my office manager work on your order promptly Thank you for making me (owner) aware of this matter, again, I apologize for it having come to this length but I assure you we will have it corrected for you

I am rejecting this response because:My my child is years old and not and it is not the hatThey need to own up to their poor quality and unprofessional work I have had pictures down by them previously and they were fine It's unbelievable to me that you wouldn't respond to an unhappy customer That's right I'm a customer who expects much better quality and a responseI did call and emailI can guarantee we will not participate in pictures with this company any longer and I will encourage others not to either Respond to your customers before it gets this far.

I spoke to someone who told me that the lab was behind and the pictures would be in by that end of week. Asked my son for the photos no pics. Called back same thing no ans mailbox full, etc. I was able to get a hold of someone once again asked for the pics. Same response lab is behind and pics would be going out by end of week told lady if anything changes let me know I gave her my number, Here I am in December with no pics and no money and no response. I would never recommend this company and I sure am going to call someone else to take my child's Photos.
