On September 24, we received an online order from (complainant) for one of our RV graphics packages we sell on our website
This product was produced per the order and shipped to the address providedOn November 24, we were contacted by her installer, that some of the parts were mismarked and the wrong colorI had spoke to him on the phone and after looking into the order placed online and what we produced, we keep records of each order, I explained that the color sent was the same color that was ordered(Complainant) insisted that it was supposed to be an orange color not burgundy, however we do not offer an orange color on our webpageWe did offer to replace the parts that were mislabeled or damaged at that timeThe installer provided a diagram, which I had questions regarding exactly which parts he needed replaced, I did not receive a response to our questionsOn December 14, 2014, we received phone call and emails from (complainant), I explained we would replace the damaged and mislabeled parts, however the colors sent were the correct colorsAfter many phone calls and emails, I agreed to replace the burgundy color she was not happy with in order to please the customerAt this point, we still needed information about exactly which parts were needed that were "damaged"I tried repeatedly to have a conversation with both the installer and (complainant) to determine exactly what they needed and in good faith replace the Burgundy parts with a color she likedAs of January 12, (complainant) indicated she wanted an orangish brick color not the burgundy, I agreed to replace those with the new color as well as the mislabeled or damaged partsOn January 15, we were notified that (complainant) reversed her credit card charges and took back the money she paid for the order without returning any partsWe disputed this for over months, in which time, we put the replacement order on holdIn late April, the charges were reversed back and we then sent the replacement pieces to (complainant), however after incurring extra charges and the dispute process, we did not replace the Burgundy color parts that she had originally ordered with the orange colorOn 8/6/15, I received a call from (complainant) stating she was not happy with the replacments we had sent back in MayI did discover that we had mistakenly sent the replacements in a different finish than the original order and we have corrected that error(complainant) has received what she ordered, we have sold many of the RV decal kits to other customers and have had no complaints about the product, colors or our customer service
(complainant) received the product she ordered and if a full refund is requested, we ask that our product be returned to us in original condition in order to honor that requestWe have records of all email correspondence with both (complainant) and the installer

There are in fact many e-mails but also many verbal conversations with MelissaI did agree to the burgundy color which is correctHowever I did tell her there is not a hint of Charcoal metallic with the exception of one small piece on the sideThe rest looks like as ugly olive color which the installer is aware of and had been and is now working with someone else since Melissa said she is done with this and that I agreed to the colorsYes again I agreed to the burgundy, you can't go wrong on black but the charcoal Metallic is the problemI hired someone to do this job which in turn he chose the company for the graphicsI as a consumer should never have had to get involved but finally did because lack of communicationMelissa was suppose to return a call at the later part of November after contractor called her approxNovember 25, I finally called I believe December which my first contactI am disgusted at this point now approaching a year and job can still not be completedMelissa's response to me when wrong replacement part was "well, maybe they thought you would like it better"This is when Melissa said she was doneThe graphics are peeling which they are guaranteed not to.....Graphix Unlimited can say that I received what I ordered all they want.....As Melissa stats "computer monitor" reason color shown differentI have in my possession a schematic sent from Graphis Unlimited which look nothing like the colors...So now yes I am upset I feel they just do not wasn't to own up to their errorI in fact did do a dispute and did drop it for the fact I want this job finishedParts in the beginning I told Melissa she would have to contact installer as I do no have them hereWhy would I I am not doing the job myselfThe following is from their website Graphixunlimited.com :***Note -Settings on monitors, devices etccan vary from one to another and colors shown on products are representative of the actual colors usedIf in doubt please contact us for a color sample - color samples will be shipped prior to order for a $fee that will be applied toward your purchaseAlso:Guarantee
All of our workmanship is world class and if applied correctly, our products will last for 5-years under circumstancesLike I said coming up on a year and some are already peelingI would like my money back 100% of it! I would as that you obtain a schematic from Graphix Unlimited of what was sent to us and I will gladly provide you with picturesI would like to hear the your response regarding the monitor colors vactual schematicI personally felt almost brainwashed with monitor explanation but when I saw the schematic I got a little disgusted with themIf they incurred extra charges for the charge back that it not my faultHad communication been followed up, delays would not have probably happened and we would have been able to go see our family in Arizona at Christmas which cost us alot with non refundable deposits for our RV park! So we are all out but you can never, never get back not seeing your family at ChristmasWas promised parts would be here job would be done! Still notBe more that willing to ship all replacement parts and the others from the beginning if any left for full refundI have the original letter to Graphix Unlimited with the mismarked parts and would be be more than willing again to send picturesI want my money 100% in fullI will not miss out on Christmas with my family again this year! We will have to take the vehicle and have it done elsewhere
