From: *** *** *** Sent: Wednesday, January 10, 11:AM To: *** Subject: Claim#*** I would like clarification on the response from the CPA firm-not sure what I am accepting or declining; however, there are also a couple of comments that I would like to make regarding the response-first -when I contacted him about the charge he never said he had to contact my sister he said he would look into the charges and call me back and never did; and second-there was nothing said about adjusting the bill and re-issuing a corrected bill-Vinnie just said “so what you don’t want to pay the bill-don’t Pay it”;and third when I was asked why we sent the taxes for preparation again, I did respond and said I would not have after being charged $for prior years but that was decided by my Dad and my sisterI am not sure what I am supposed to agree to but if they are not cashing the check and adjusting the bill, I would like the Check back and an updated invoiceAs I stated in the meeting with Vinnie, I am not saying we should not be charged for services for tax preparation but a reasonable amount for an year old man’s tax preparation-I will await clarification-thank you

We will return the check and rebill the account at the previous charge of $600.  If the client and his representatives are still not satisfied, they should pay what they think is fair, we will accept that.  We recommend that the client and their representatives seek other professionals for their 2017 returns.
