This gentleman called in January of 2016, NOT first offHe got mad because we wouldn't deliver just a gallons to him, our minimum has been gallons for years, this is not a new policyThe last delivery to this gentleman was December of 2012, the tank was originally set in 2006, at that
time the gentleman signed a rental agreement contract with Bailey PropanePart of that agreement was that the customer would be using propane on a regular basis, equal to at least one fill per yearThis customer did for a number of years, but then from on he didn't purchase any gas, we never said anything about his minimal usageHe said he stopped using propane because of the high cost, but most of last winter propane was $1.23, it did go up to $for a short periodThe funny part is that in he was paying $a gallon. As far as tank rent it was billed out the first of the year for the current year, he paid it in March, so I'm not sure what he is talking about being threatened for non paymentWe don't even call about non payment of tank rents until to months outThe tank rent was paid within weeks of the statement going out. I'm not sure what he thinks our endless demands are, nothing has changed as far as tank rental agreements or minimum deliveries in at least yearsCustomers rent tanks because they don't want to have to pay for the cost of a tank, which is well over $1000, and BPC is a business and doesn't set tanks out for yard ornamentsTank rent alone would take over years to pay for the tank, the reason we require at least one fill a year of a said rental tank. This gentleman was told that we don't schedule tank pick ups, we work them in as we canAlso it is difficult to do in the winter months with the snowThis tank has been picked up, and there was another tank on siteA refund check was issued for tank rent when we received his request

Statements are printed on or around the 1st of the month depending on what day the first falls onWe do not print statements on the weekendsStatements are mailed within a few days of printing because the delivery ticket is included with the statement and that takes a couple days to pull all of
themMost customers get their payments in before the due date without issuePayments are posted to the customers account the day they are received with the exception of Saturday payments which are posted on MondayPayments may not clear the bank right away because the bank is in Conifer and we don not make deposits everyday, this does not effect the customers payment date.? I have looked back in emails over the past year and I find no emails from this customerIf a customer calls about a finance charge and the payment was received within a day or two of the due date we typically remove it unless it is something that happens every monthI don't know who this customer spoke to as that does not sound like a typical responseWe do tell customers we cannot control the post office and that they can sign up to look at their account and balance online so they do not have to rely on the mailWe are working on getting the online payment service up and running and hopefully will be fully functional in the next week or so.The $finance charge was removed from this customer back in April

I am rejecting this response because: ? It is almost all? a lie? The company owner may be *** ill? If I told them to remove the tank in Jan why are we having this conversation now? ? To protect other customers that actual need propane to heat their residence I highly recommend this company be investigated by energy regulatory community? This wasn't my case but utility companies should not be able to hold customers hostage for service. Please note when I spoke to the business owner on the phone she told me they were laughing at the fact they hadn't removed the propane tank after so many months have gone by? ? They came by Monday and removed their propane? Obviously filing this complaint got results? Thank you for existing else I would have their stupid propane tank still sitting on my property? Just can not believe how stupid this business owner is? So happy they are out of my life. Please now get my rental fee back? Cheers,***? ***
