I had a water line brake September and Bailey Sewer & Excavating provided a bid of $After the repair I was told there would be a hump in my yard that would settle after it rains and you would return to flatten itI have been calling months after the repair and you keep telling me it hasn't rained enough

Some times you put laterals in and sometimes you put them in and they fail. Sometimes home owners let water wash the dirt from them and let them leak out.
The customer needs to cover them up with dirt.

As with every dig in the ground ... it will settle... we explain this to every customer.... and we only come out once.... we always suggest 3 or 4 month timeframe.... as for this customer, we will take care of it  within 1 week of this report....   we will only level ground 1 time .......
