I will need copies of the bill and what amount is due to address thisThe email being used is incorrectThere is no best at the endThat got picked up on his text from Best RegardsI spoke with *** and he has not received the fax that you were sending of the billThe text pic is not legible to

I *** *** have contacted customer *** *** to assist her in getting resolution on her issuesWe have asked for her to bring in her vehicle for repairThe a**ient lighting is covered under her CPO factory warranty and will be taken care ofThe seat issue of being looseI advised her
we need to look at this again and much closerThis is a CPO vehicle and during inspection there was not an issue noted with the seatingOnce we determine what the issue is causing the wobbleWe will contact customer on a resolutionThe customer is in agreement and will be scheduling an appointment and will advise me when she will be coming in
