I just spoke with the rep on the phone at 505-346-0110. This customer left us a voice mail at 11:threatening to complain and at noon had already filed the complaint, so she didn't really give us much of a chance to respond to her directly.However, I did go over to the house and saw
what my technician didHe charged the price for the services he providedHowever, I did speak with the customer from her house, and saw that she is doing a remodling project with no building permit at her house.
