Some of the listed items are correct and some are not but as the job is not finished, issues will exist until the job completed and unless we can finish the job, these issues cannot be addressedThis job was stopped at 70% completion by the client when and after it was time to make the agreed upon progress payment? We offered to finish the job and get the missed payment and balance upon completion (absolutely no risk to the client) but he refused? We have stood ready to assist this client in anyway to finish this project but he has continued to change his wants so that noting we offer will work? Jason is an contractor (he made this abundantly clear daily) so he know the process, challenges and expectations of specialized jobs like this and honestly after starting this job we figured out there is noting we could have done to make him happy that is why we offered to finish the job and not get paid until it was completely done? At that point it was only money, now we will defend ourselves on principal? Thx?
