In response to the customer’s problem, first, he was not charged for anything. I said from the very start of our phone conversation that I do not charge ANYONE who is not satisfied. I never charged his credit card. I now realize that there was a miscommunication
through texting. After his wife received the bouquet, TEV23-3a, he called to say it was wrong and he sent of picture of T128-2a and said this is what he ordered. So, I told him that I would of course make it good, and I would send the one he wanted. I even asked how long she would be there. He said until 4pm. It was around 2pm at this point. I sent T128-2a to his wife, which is actually bigger and more expensive than the first bouquet. He then texted me around 6pm to say it was still wrong, he was “more than disappointed “ and planned “to tell this mishap on social media.” That is when I called to apologize and tell him he would not be charged. I have to say that he ruined my day as well, as he was unbelievable rude and even told me to shut up. Yes, we have made mistakes, we are human. But I have never had a customer be so unreasonable. It was a miscommunication. He was not charged and I apologized numerous times. I will send his wife an apology note as well. Thank You, Julie B*** President Bailey’s Flowers & Gifts
