My name is *** *** ** *** and I live at *** *** *** I contacted Bailey's and *** was out within the hour, gave a complete assessment on what I needed, we shook hands, I paid for the unit....and this date 12/30/the two young men showed up at went straight to work, in the rain, I might add, and around 2:00pm they were finished removing the old new unit, replaced it with a brand new one, tested it, cleaned up around where they had worked, and we were warm and cozy! This is the best of the best! These men are well trained, and well mannered and treated us like we were royalty! I recommend to anyone.....***'s Heating & Air Condition!
