This is in regards to the complaint by Mr [redacted] [redacted] Bought a car from us back in March of When he purchased the car he also purchased a warranty and put as a down payment When we sell warranties we also profit on them Our profit was the which is our right Mr [redacted] cancelled his warranty and expects a full refund which he is not obligated to get 1st: We did not get a check from the warranty/finance company for Mr [redacted] .2nd: I did not tell Mr [redacted] I will get to it when "I feel like it", I told him I just walked in and once I get a chance I will get to it and have an answer by the end of the week ***
