They are the most rude and threatening business I've ever dealt with I'm hard of hearing and I talk loader than without meaning to They got hostile with me and yelled me in a very threatening manner, After they towed my sons car in from a Hendersoville Apartment complex We didn't know for about two weeks what had happened to the car Bailey's never notified us that they had the car until they had run up unfair lot storage fees They finally sent a certified letter to my residence near the end of December My son was in another state and I didn't retrieve the registered letter since my son wasn't here and no longer lived here They claimed they had the car a total of days and charged me fee to get it back After getting the money together to get the car out, I had to hire another wrecker service to bring the car home When I arrived to get the car, the wrecker service that I hired was already there and waiting for me Baileys had the car parked in the far corner of the lot and they said they didn't have enough people to move the cars to get it out, knowing I was coming to pick it up! I brought cash money and the rude warden that did the paper work said she didn't have change for the hundred and she gave my money back and told me I would have to go to some other place to get change They did ever thing they could to slow down the return of my sons car The wrecker service that accompanied me finally had to leave and had to wait till they called him the next day All this after they threated me and said they were going to send it to auction on the 11th of jan I've never had a worse experience with a business! I will never forgive them for what they put us through and charged a ransom of for stealing my son's car
