I [redacted] have contacted customer [redacted] to assist her in getting resolution on her issues. We have asked for her to bring in her vehicle for repair. The a**ient lighting is covered under her CPO factory warranty and will be taken care of. The seat issue of being loose. I advised her...
we need to look at this again and much closer. This is a CPO vehicle and during inspection there was not an issue noted with the seating. Once we determine what the issue is causing the wobble. We will contact customer on a resolution. The customer is in agreement and will be scheduling an appointment and will advise me when she will be coming in.
