They replaced head gaskets without having heads reworked. Now they want another $700+ to do what they should have done to begin with. They where to check to see if head gasket was blown and to replace gasket and whatever needed to get car fixed. They called after replacing gaskets to inform me that the valves on one of heads not working properly. His cost was $1,000.00 of which I paid $500 up front. I paid to have car fixed not to get back a car that will not even get down road. He did not do what he was asked to do. He was suppose to get heads reworked or replaced if needed. Now he wants an extra $700 plus parts to do what he should have done in first place. During paying him for what I felt was a bad repair job. As I was getting ready to pay the rest of the bill a person named [redacted] who was very upset that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com come out from behind the desk and threatened to do physical injury to me. I will not repeat what he said for it was real bad. Me and my partner with me had to get out of this place for we felt we where in danger of getting hurt by these people. I was considering filing a charge of endangerment against this shop but a the [redacted] County sheriff office said nothing would be done to them. If you disagree with them you could be in danger of physical harm.
