Last Monday night on 11/2/15, my wife got into an accident driving home in the GMC Terrain which was entirely the other drivers fault The first place we went on Tuesday the next day for an estimate was Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body, which provided an estimate of repairs and a date of Friday 11/as maybe being readySure enough the car was ready for pick up Friday evening, but we ended up picking up later for convenience The estimates and actual costs were about to the dollars and cents (about 3k), and there was one issue with a light on for the electronics system that needed to be reset, that they quickly fixed a day or later at no cost to us They were easy to work with, and I felt comfortable enough the first visit that they have established an honest, hardworking, customer service based business that I didn't even bother going around the town looking for alternate estimates /offers on the repair Hopefully , this was a once in a life time major auto body repair, but I would go back in a second to them if anything like that ever happens againFor their excellent service, I want to pass this on to the next person that may be involved in an auto accident that needs repairs Bailey's crossroads is my recommended place to go They also have a convenient Enterprise car rental next door to rent a car while it is being repaired They also have Geico on site as a partner insurance estimator, but since the other driver was completely at fault in our case, we settled outside of insurance without any issues My objective was to get the car fixed as quickly as possible and get it back to us at a fair cost, with as little headaches as can be expected Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body provided all that Special thanks to Manny, the manager there, and all of his team doing the work on the carTom and Vangie K***, Al [redacted] VA November 11,
Last Monday night on 11/2/15, my wife got into an accident driving home in the GMC Terrain which was entirely the other drivers fault. The first place we went on Tuesday the next day for an estimate was Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body, which provided an estimate of repairs and a date of Friday 11/6 as maybe being ready. Sure enough the car was ready for pick up Friday evening, but we ended up picking up later for convenience. The estimates and actual costs were about to the dollars and cents (about 3k), and there was one issue with a light on for the electronics system that needed to be reset, that they quickly fixed a day or 2 later at no cost to us. They were easy to work with, and I felt comfortable enough the first visit that they have established an honest, hardworking, customer service based business that I didn't even bother going around the town looking for alternate estimates /offers on the repair. Hopefully , this was a once in a life time major auto body repair, but I would go back in a second to them if anything like that ever happens again.
For their excellent service, I want to pass this on to the next person that may be involved in an auto accident that needs repairs. Bailey's crossroads is my recommended place to go. They also have a convenient Enterprise car rental next door to rent a car while it is being repaired. They also have Geico on site as a partner insurance estimator, but since the other driver was completely at fault in our case, we settled outside of insurance without any issues.
