right.  Mr. [redacted] cancelled his warranty and expects a full refund which he is not obligated to get.  1st: We did not get a check from the warranty/finance company for Mr. [redacted].2nd: I did not tell Mr. [redacted] I will get to it when "I feel like it", I told him I just walked in and once I get a chance I will get to it and have an answer by the end of the week.  [redacted]
