I am rejecting this response because it has been approximately one year since I made my complaint. Next the registration papers were never in the sellers name and I was able to track down the breeder of Rosie's Racer and conform the dog I purchased was not Rosie's Racer based on his markings. The breeder of Rosie's Racer stated Rosie's Racer was ACK registered and provided me photos of him and he was correct that the dog I purchased was not the dog he originally sold and the dog I had purchased was not out of his dogs so the pedigree and falsified papers that I received a photo of through text messages and match the pinto currently being provided are worthless. Obviously had the dog been registered in the sellers name, and they had been lost in the mail as she claims she would simply be able to order a new one, however that is not an option since paper work was not properly filed. And again, the paper work is worthless since it is I correct and belongs to another dog. Offering to take a dog back a yr after purchase is silly, and ignoring all calls and text messages for a year from a buyer screams scam! I was told I would receive vaccination records and would have gladly gotten a copy myself had the seller provided me with the veterinarians info where his care was provided, but I did not receive that either. A year has passed, the seller knows good and well she owed me registration papers and proof of vaccinations, and if she was any kind of business woman she would refund half  of the purchase price no questions asked because she is aware she failed to honor our deal and she is aware the dog is not going to be returned to less than ideal conditions from a family that has bonded with him for the past year even if they were scammed.

Bailey's Newfoundland owned by Denise [redacted] now operates under the name Minnesota Newfoundland's in Caska Mn, she often advertises as being in Chanhassen Mn. She changed her kennel name to avoid the Revdex.com and the many complaints against her! I recently purchased a male English Bulldog, she agreed to...

provide me with his APRI registration papers and proof of current vaccinations, and did neither after taking full payment. She has since stopped responding and it is obvious she lied about what she was selling because I have no proof he was/is up to date of vaccinations or that he is registered even though I purchased a dog who was current on vaccines and registered according to the ad Denise placed. Her current phone number is (320) 309-0740 and address is 209 N Elm St, Chaska, MN 55318, and current web page is http://www.minnesotanewfoundlands.com/

I have obviously been scammed then. The papers I have attached were the only registration papers I ever received for Racer. I bought him from a guy in Central Minnesota and these were the papers I was given. Since the dog's name was Racer and the papers had Rosie Racer for the name I never questioned them. I never put the papers in my name because I never needed to register him since he was never used for breeding. I feel like I gave her an incredible deal, for $300 since I paid well over $1000 for him a few months earlier. I do take responsibility for the vaccination records not being available to her tho, so I am willing to pay those fees. I just need a vet receipt. I am very sorry for the registration confusion but I never did anything fraudulent, like I mentioned, I attached the only papers I was ever given for him.
