Obviously this was nofault of the landlord. Review: I currently live in these apartments. The pipes busted above the third floor Feb 17th and damage my apartment on the first floor. The landlord asked me to vacate the premesis but they were not willing to accommodate me while the damages are being fixed. My rent is paid for the month, I have a credit on my act as well. I am not from Va so the red cross put me up in a hotel until 11 am On Feb 21st. My landlord said the apartment would be ready Feb 24th, I do not have anywhere to stay until then. When asked if they have an alternate apartment they said NO. They have not assisted me in ANY way to help secure lodgingDesired Settlement: I would like to have my rent money and deposit back with no penalties and to terminate my lease, just as it says in my lease agreement. All of the money I have spent on hotels, food, and gas as well as my electricity bill. I would like for them to pay for the electricity bill in such apartment from the 17th of Feb to the 28th of Feb since they had to dry the floors and ceilings and for Bailey's Ridge to pay court fees. I will put the rent for Mar in escrow
