Bailey's & Sons Towing

Review: Our son's car was impounded. The car is in [redacted] name but his son is the co-buyer so we had to petition the court to get the car back. The judge granted a release of the vehicle. The owner or the lady of Bailey's towing will not honor the judges order. She is very rude and nasty. We even called the police and she even acted the same toward them. She refuses to release my son's car to either my son or my husband. We have called the business several times and to no avail are unable to get any reasonable response. All we want is to get the vehicle back. They wont even tell us how much the vehicle is. All the while fees are steadily adding up.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our vehicle back and for them to modify the bill. They are trying to tell us that we are not the owners of the vehicle but we have the buyers contract. I would like for them to take off the excess fees for storage and let us pay what we owe. We also have the courts petition to release the vehicle.
