Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
*** *** To Whom It May Concern:
*** fabricated her story in every way possibleI would like to see her copies of the contract because she stole my copies*** *** will attest to the fact that I put up my own cars for my bond as will *** ***I will be sending in affidavits for both of them in this regard*** is just trying to cover up for the fact she did not collect enough collateral for *** ***’s bond and trying to steal my vehicles to make up for it
The title to my Dodge truck states that it is NON-TRANSFERABLE and so she cannot act like she did not knowI have no idea what she is talking about regarding criminal restitution owed to a victim in the amount of $6,but I will be going to the *** to find the truthAs soon as I find out I will be sending the proof inAs far as *** and her vehicle problems that is on ***, I am not going to claim responsibility for her actions and whatever it was she told to *** regarding the information about her vehicle I know that at the time of our business arrangement I had what *** requested for my Dodge truck, the picture, the license plate picture, the keys and location of the truck*** did not get this information from me by her choice and did not keep the keys *** son tried to give her prior to us leaving her office
I never once missed check in and to prove this I will be requesting my phone records from ***, my cell phone company, to prove thisIn fact there were a couple times that I was not sure which number to call so to be safe I called two or three of her numbers to cover all areas until she told me I only had to call the oneI’ll prove this too!
*** took my car, pulled my bond and took me to jail and on the paper she turned into the jail states the reason why was because the collateral I used was not legitimate and that I attempted to defraud the bond companyPlus she claims that I failed to abide by conditions of the bond by not engaging in criminal behavior as you will see because I already have proof of this from my filesNow if the collateral she states I put up for ***’s bond and not mine is not legitimate that’s on ***’s bondShe claims that *** *** put up his vehicle for my bond so if that was the case the collateral on my bond is still legitimate why she would have that reason to put me back in jail?
Her claim that I attempted to defraud the bond company, if this was true why did she not file charges when we were at the jail? I noticed that she didn’t mention the part she threatened me that if I didn’t give her $1,she would file fraud charges and that she settled for $she extorted from me on my way to jail, my kids were still on the phone at the time she did this and I will be getting affidavits from them within the next couple daysI see that she did not mention that I was supposedly involved in criminal behavior, why she did not mention this to you because she sure wrote it on the surrender paperwork which will be attached to this report alsoWhy I would skip on my bond, I was offered years prison and years on probation and that would not make it worth skipping on bond and be on the run
***’s statement: “The one working vehicle was impounded and *** was returned to jail for non compliance with her bond for fraud, lying, missing check-ins, and making the statement about skipping bond since she was going to do a lot of time in prison with her current caseCan she be more specific about what I lied about? The dates I missed checking in?
*** also claims that I insisted that she take my things, this doesn’t even make any since: 1) I would need my phone when I got out (it would have been a great help if it would have been in my property), 2) I would worry more about her and her crew going through my things than I would the jail employees, 3) I would not have left me with no money or bank cards upon my release from jail, 4) Would I trust the woman who wrongfully pulled my bond with my personal things? NOT! 5) Why would I agree to pay for storage to *** when she should have put it in property and *** *** Jail doesn’t charge storage, plus my things would be immediately available for me upon my releaseAnd many more reasons that her statement is totally wrongAttached will be the text messages between *** and I as well as the text messages between her bounty hunter, ***, and I I will be including some recordings that will prove the type of person I have been dealing with in this situationOne recording is between *** and I a day or so after I got out of jailThe other recording is between, *** (a lady at ***, the bonds company I am under presently) and *** after the forfeiture court hearing for ***’s bond on the 4th of AugustI asked if I could record and *** said it would be fine if I didI am glad I did because I was appalled at what I heard come from ***’s mouth
As far as filing a complaint with the *** *** ***, well I haven’t yet but that is next on my agenda so it could not have been dismissedYes I filed a complaint with the *** ** *** and have not heard anything as of yet from themOf course I wrote a negative review on the media sites because I have been badly treated, robbed, slandered, extorted, and wrongfully imprisoned so I have a right to disclose the bad business to the publicYes I did file with you, the Revdex.com, that is what you are there for? When people have a problem with a business then it is best to report it
On the 18th of August I had made arrangements to go down and meet with ***Before I got to her office I had called the office so that I may have a stand by because I wanted to collect my personal items that were left in my car when *** snatched it up the night of the 25th of JuneWhen we arrived at ***’s office a lady had come out of the office, *** had locked the doors and would not open them for the police officersIf I need to get proof of this I will, in fact I will call down there to see if I can get a copy of the reportAttached is an invoice of the ungodly amount she is trying to collect from me
Without my purse I have had to do without my Driver’s License, bankcards, a $check that needed to be cashed, my proof of insurance paper, the little bit of money I had left, keys to my apartment, mail key, fishing license, receipt to return my sewing machine and another phone I used as a camera
I have had to slowly replace the items that *** had stolen from meThe following things are items that I have managed to replace, the red shows what it cost me to replace them:
The locks had to be replaced while I was in jailMail box lock had to be replaced which came after I was released from jailMy daughter paid one of the people in the neighborhood who was an experienced locksmith to handle this issue for usI had to have the same person take care of the mailbox lock alsoCost for this $Replacement of laundry room key $My bank account went in the negative due to me not having my bank card and I couldn’t get my bank card without my IDI had accumulated late fees for insufficient issues twiceInsufficient fees are $x = $Not counting how it made me look having a negative balance for over a monthWas unable to retrieve a replacement check for the one I was unable to deposit into my account for the amount of $The charges to have another money card sent to me from my school moneyThe fee to replace the card was $I had a receipt in my wallet for a sewing machine that I have been having problems with but because I had no receipt I have not been able to return it and the days to do so are now upI am stuck with a lemon sewing machineCost for this is $129.99, after taxes the total was $Replaced my laptopI purchase *** *** who had one at a pawn shop so I paid to get it out of pawn for $and then added an extra $to *** totaling $141.60.

This company has been rated as one of the top 3 bail bond companies in Arizona and I understand why. After calling around and being spoke to so disrespectfully by others companies it was a breath of fresh air when I spoke to [redacted] who owns the company. She guided me through the whole process of bonding out my son. She even helped with resources to get my son into a rehabilitation center to address his heroin addiction. The whole process with the court was so confusing but the expertise of [redacted] and her company made the whole process bearable. My son is doing better and for the first time in a long time has been clean for 4 months. I could not have found a better company that didn't take advantage of me or my situation and was willing to work with me when I didn't have much in the way of collateral. If you have to find or use a bail bond agent this one is the one to use. Thanks for changing our lives for the better. Yes, I am saying that about a bail bond agent. She ROCKS!

The defendant was arrested and was given a bond of $10,000. His family begged to get him out of jail but did not have the full 10% to bond him out. I felt sorry for the mother and out of kindness I agreed to get him out of jail with $644.00 down and on the contract weekly payments were established...

until the full premium was paid. The total premium was 10% of the bond, which is $1000.00, and one-time processing fee of $150.00. The total cost of the non refundable premium of this bond was $1150.00 and in turn I posted $10,000.00 to get him out of jail. The family signed a comprehensive contact and every step of the process was explained to them in detail. The defendant was released from jail immediately and approximately 2 weeks later the County Attorney dismissed the charges with prejudice, which means they might file the charges at a later date against the defendant. This is highly unusual with such a big bond amount because cases like this can take up to two years to get through. The family was sent a demand letter for the remaining balance due of $506.00, or turn over collateral to cover the premium which to this day they have failed to comply.  This family lucked out that the case was dismissed and now have the notion that the transaction is free or only $150.00? If they wanted all their money returned then they could have posted the full $10,000.00 themselves and they would have received the full amount back from the Court. They chose to use a bond company and were given the facts of what was involved in doing so. According to them they were turned down by every bond company in the valley and we were their last hope.  If the case had continued then they would have paid the full amount due because they would have wanted the defendant to remain free in the community. It is a shame that people take advantage of the process and want to defraud a company that was kind enough to get they love one out of jail without the full amount paid. Because of this incident our business has changed the policy of not helping anyone without the full premium paid. This is a shame because good people are not getting helped now.   Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted] was released from [redacted] Jail on a $2500.00 bond. The indemnitor on her bond is [redacted] that secured it with his vehicle title. After her release she wanted to get her pimp boyfriend out of jail that was arrested with a $7200.00 bond. Since she was on...

bond herself she would not be allowed to bond someone else without additional people willing to be on the written contract. She and [redacted] decided to bond him out using three of [redacted] vehicles and [redacted] vehicle. The total accumulated generous value on these vehicles was about $4000.00 which was under the value of the bond. We were being kind when we bonded him out most companies require full collateral. Inspection of the vehicle titles demonstrated that two of the vehicles had non-transferrable titles. [redacted] stated that was from owing back child support but she had since paid it in full and she had the documentation at home to prove it. She was given the time to bring the documentation and the clear titles. Which she failed to do.  [redacted] stated was unable to bring her car in due to it having two flat tires at the apartment. Both stated all vehicles were in working condition with no issues. [redacted] statement about using vehicles for her bond is false. She didn’t even have enough vehicles to cover the full amount of [redacted]’s bond.      When the check of the titles with [redacted]) regarding the non-transferrable titles revealed that her statements about child support were false. [redacted] stated the criminal restitution liens were placed against [redacted] and any property or vehicles she would own and that another lien would not be allowed. They did validate it was “NOT” for child support but for monies owed to a victim in the amount of $6000 and that she was fully aware of it. It was also found out that [redacted] was arrested for driving on a suspended license that was confirmed by [redacted]) and that her vehiclewas towed by ** towing and impounded. The vehicle was impounded one week prior to them signing the bond contract. It was found that only one car was inworking condition, the other two vehicles of [redacted] had missing ignitions and no batteries. [redacted] vehicle in impound had impound fees that were higher than the value of the car, all of which was NOT disclosed when signing the legal binding contract. When signing a bail bond contract any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive any insurer, files a statement of claim or an application containing any false, incomplete or misleading information isguilty of a felony in the third degree. Both of the women have committed this.     [redacted] decided not to report to court and a bench warrant was issued.  The one working vehicle was impounded and [redacted] was returned to jail for non compliance with her bond for fraud, lying, missing check-ins, and making the statement about skipping bond since she was going to do a lot of time in prison with her current case. Upon her arrival at jail she refused to take her personal belongings with her stating she did not want the jail going through her stuff. She left her belonging in the company truck and was told as a courtesy they would be stored for a fee. Upon her release on bond with [redacted] she returned to obtain her stored items and demanded they be returned immediately and she was NOT going to pay for anything since she had to go to jail. She was told if she wanted her belongings returned she could pay the storage fees and they would be returned.       She has filed a complaint with the [redacted], which has been dismissed. She has filed a complaint with the [redacted], which has been dismissed. She has filed a complaint with the news media, which has been dismissed. She has written negative reviews on [redacted]/social media sites. She has contacted the local police twice and had them show up at the bond office but did not accomplish what she set out to do. She has since then been trespassed from the bail bond property. Filing a complaint with the Revdex.com was her latest verbal/written threat and she stated she will not stop until we are out of business.  Once this complaint is published it will be used at the third piece of evidence to prove the fraud she committed. Her continued efforts and harassment will result in a lawsuit for defamation of character and slander being filed and a restraining order being issued.      If she wants her items returned all she simply has to do is pay her bill in full which have been investigated by multiple agencies has valid fees and they will be returned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

[redacted] To Whom It May Concern:
[redacted] fabricated her story in every way possible. I would like to see her copies of the contract because she stole my copies. [redacted] will attest to the fact that I put up my own cars for my bond as will [redacted]. I will be sending in affidavits for both of them in this regard. [redacted] is just trying to cover up for the fact she did not collect enough collateral for [redacted]’s bond and trying to steal my vehicles to make up for it.
The title to my Dodge truck states that it is NON-TRANSFERABLE and so she cannot act like she did not know. I have no idea what she is talking about regarding criminal restitution owed to a victim in the amount of $6,000 but I will be going to the [redacted] to find the truth. As soon as I find out I will be sending the proof in. As far as [redacted] and her vehicle problems that is on [redacted], I am not going to claim responsibility for her actions and whatever it was she told to [redacted] regarding the information about her vehicle.
I know that at the time of our business arrangement I had what [redacted] requested for my Dodge truck, the picture, the license plate picture, the keys and location of the truck. [redacted] did not get this information from me by her choice and did not keep the keys [redacted] son tried to give her prior to us leaving her office.
I never once missed check in and to prove this I will be requesting my phone records from [redacted], my cell phone company, to prove this. In fact there were a couple times that I was not sure which number to call so to be safe I called two or three of her numbers to cover all areas until she told me I only had to call the one. I’ll prove this too!
[redacted] took my car, pulled my bond and took me to jail and on the paper she turned into the jail states the reason why was because the collateral I used was not legitimate and that I attempted to defraud the bond company. Plus she claims that I failed to abide by conditions of the bond by not engaging in criminal behavior as you will see because I already have proof of this from my files. Now if the collateral she states I put up for [redacted]’s bond and not mine is not legitimate that’s on [redacted]’s bond. She claims that [redacted] put up his vehicle for my bond so if that was the case the collateral on my bond is still legitimate why she would have that reason to put me back in jail?
Her claim that I attempted to defraud the bond company, if this was true why did she not file charges when we were at the jail? I noticed that she didn’t mention the part she threatened me that if I didn’t give her $1,300 she would file fraud charges and that she settled for $300 she extorted from me on my way to jail, my kids were still on the phone at the time she did this and I will be getting affidavits from them within the next couple days. I see that she did not mention that I was supposedly involved in criminal behavior, why she did not mention this to you because she sure wrote it on the surrender paperwork which will be attached to this report also. Why I would skip on my bond, I was offered 2 years prison and 3 years on probation and that would not make it worth skipping on bond and be on the run.
[redacted]’s statement: “The one working vehicle was impounded and [redacted] was returned to jail for non compliance with her bond for fraud, lying, missing check-ins, and making the statement about skipping bond since she was going to do a lot of time in prison with her current case. Can she be more specific about what I lied about? The dates I missed checking in?

[redacted] also claims that I insisted that she take my things, this doesn’t even make any since: 1) I would need my phone when I got out (it would have been a great help if it would have been in my property), 2) I would worry more about her and her crew going through my things than I would the jail employees, 3) I would not have left me with no money or bank cards upon my release from jail, 4) Would I trust the woman who wrongfully pulled my bond with my personal things? NOT! 5) Why would I agree to pay for storage to [redacted] when she should have put it in property and [redacted] Jail doesn’t charge storage, plus my things would be immediately available for me upon my release. And many more reasons that her statement is totally wrong. Attached will be the text messages between [redacted] and I as well as the text messages between her bounty hunter, [redacted], and I.
I will be including some recordings that will prove the type of person I have been dealing with in this situation. One recording is between [redacted] and I a day or so after I got out of jail. The other recording is between, [redacted] (a lady at [redacted], the bonds company I am under presently) and [redacted] after the forfeiture court hearing for [redacted]’s bond on the 4th of August. I asked if I could record and [redacted] said it would be fine if I did. I am glad I did because I was appalled at what I heard come from [redacted]’s mouth.
As far as filing a complaint with the [redacted], well I haven’t yet but that is next on my agenda so it could not have been dismissed. Yes I filed a complaint with the [redacted] and have not heard anything as of yet from them. Of course I wrote a negative review on the media sites because I have been badly treated, robbed, slandered, extorted, and wrongfully imprisoned so I have a right to disclose the bad business to the public. Yes I did file with you, the Revdex.com, that is what you are there for? When people have a problem with a business then it is best to report it.
On the 18th of August I had made arrangements to go down and meet with [redacted]. Before I got to her office I had called the office so that I may have a stand by because I wanted to collect my personal items that were left in my car when [redacted] snatched it up the night of the 25th of June. When we arrived at [redacted]’s office a lady had come out of the office, [redacted] had locked the doors and would not open them for the police officers. If I need to get proof of this I will, in fact I will call down there to see if I can get a copy of the report. Attached is an invoice of the ungodly amount she is trying to collect from me.
Without my purse I have had to do without my Driver’s License, bankcards, a $50 check that needed to be cashed, my proof of insurance paper, the little bit of money I had left, keys to my apartment, mail key, fishing license, receipt to return my sewing machine and another phone I used as a camera.
I have had to slowly replace the items that [redacted] had stolen from me. The following things are items that I have managed to replace, the red shows what it cost me to replace them:

The locks had to be replaced while I was in jail. Mail box lock had to be replaced which came after I was released from jail. My daughter paid one of the people in the neighborhood who was an experienced locksmith to handle this issue for us. I had to have the same person take care of the mailbox lock also. Cost for this $84. Replacement of laundry room key $25
My bank account went in the negative due to me not having my bank card and I couldn’t get my bank card without my ID. I had accumulated late fees for insufficient issues twice. Insufficient fees are $35 x 2 = $75. Not counting how it made me look having a negative balance for over a month.
Was unable to retrieve a replacement check for the one I was unable to deposit into my account for the amount of $50.
The charges to have another money card sent to me from my school money. The fee to replace the card was $20.
I had a receipt in my wallet for a sewing machine that I have been having problems with but because I had no receipt I have not been able to return it and the 90 days to do so are now up. I am stuck with a lemon sewing machine. Cost for this is $129.99, after taxes the total was $141.22.
Replaced my laptop. I purchase [redacted] who had one at a pawn shop so I paid to get it out of pawn for $91.60 and then added an extra $50 to [redacted] totaling $141.60.

These items I have not replaced yet but this is a list of each item and what it will cost me to replace it after tax (there may be more that haven’t come to mind as of yet:
