Review: Put patio dining set on consignment on May 29, 2013. Advised by Bain Interiors (when following up at their business location) the set was sold within several days of receipt and our payment (50% of $499.00) would be sent us by their bank. Payment still pending and it was not received within represented time. Bain Interiors closed their store within weeks after the sale of the patio set. We have tried to reach them by telephone and email through their website with no results.Desired Settlement: Payment of the $249.50 due us.

We received yesterday (7/18/2013) the payment being sought from Bain Interiors LL Consignor Account. The remittance from Bain was dated 7/16/2013.
Assuming this payment clears our bank, we are satisfied with the resolution.
